Ability to inactivate Maintenance Request types

Need the ability to inactivate Maintenance Request types like we can Work order types. We have a Work order type that has been inactivated, but the like Maintenance Request type remains and it is causing confusion for our end users.

Ability to search in Asset BOM both inside a work order and in the Asset page.

Asset BOMs can have thousands of parts. Without being able to search for a specific part in the Asset BOM, it isn't useful to users. Would like to be able to search the same way you search for a part in the item registration.
