Contractor/vendor status change to on hold should raise warning

Show open work orders for a contractor if there are any when you change vendor status to 'on hold'.

Add default inherited field set for work order types

Please add default inherited field set on work order types, so that when related work order of that type is created, inherited field set is already selected.
