Replacement text for Work order description

For "Maintenance job type defaults" there should be an extra option to replace the default text from "maintenance plans". This would allow for more complex maintenance plans to include several object types with similar time/counter lines to be more unique since the descriptive name would be from the "maintenance job type default instead.

I.e.

A similar tab to "Work description" in "maintenance job type defaults", only for "Work order description"
