Add function to apply a current user-filter for "responsible" and "responsible group"

Being able to apply a current user-filter for the worker-fields: "responsible" and "responsible group" would greatly improve the ability to create saved views that are user-relevant.

These kind of filters would allow users to create and publish standardized views that acts user-specific based on the logged-in user. (Much like the "My planner"-views)

The filter should exists for:

• Maintenance requests

• Work order maintenance jobs

• Work orders

The filter should extract posts where:

• Current worker is set as responsible

• Current worker is a member of the responsible group added as responsible group
