Checklist type of Date entry

Requesting a checklist type of Date so that we would be able to enter dates as a value when doing planned maintenance. We record several dates when collecting data and would also like to a listing to view similar to counter values where you are able to see the last several readings taken. Currently only able to enter as a note and this does not make the values easy to find for historical data review.
