Enable a hierarchy type for network assets

To effectively build asset structures for assets in systems/networks for distribution, it would be beneficial to allow several functional locations (e.g., switchgear A is distributing to process line 1, 5 and 6). This would facilitate the management of complex structures, and would also improve the validation of Lock out/Tag out procedures.
