Allow to register measure-points for an asset

There are plenty of assets that has several identical counter types installed (almost always supported by P&ID-documentation), for which the user might need to calculate trends etc.
Today, it is not possible to assign a "name/ID" for a measure-point on an asset that can carry individual values for one and the same counter type without creating assets for each measure-point or creating duplicate counters. None of these alternatives facilitates administration or contributes to a pleasant user experience.

Therefore, this new feature should allow registration of multiple measure-points on an asset that can be identified/described as their P&ID number or other individual identification tag and connected to a counter.
