Nicknames for maintenance techs
So many of the maintenance workers go by a nickname. In D365 their full name is listed, but it would be helpful if when you dispatch a work order to a maintenance worker, it would show their full name, as well as their nickname.

On workers you can add a knows as name. Would a feature adding the known as field to the lookup of workers be of use?
