Process Checklist whenever checklist line is changed

Currently the work order checklist result (pass/fail) is only processed when the Stage is changed (based on stage configuration). If someone changes a checklist line after the stage is changed, it will not be reflected on the work order result. I would like the work order to process the checklist every time the checklist is either closed or saved.
