Have the Worker first in timeregistration

When the worker needs to make a timeregistration, they need to choose which worker they a making a registration for.
If the worker option is last, and they have made a change in category, then the category changes - but if the worker is the first option, then you choose the category after, and therefore only have to choose it once.
