When defining the allowed lifecycle states in Dynaway Mobile (both work order and maintenance requests), it would be good in the states that aren't allowed were removed from the list to only show the reduced selection of lifecycle states.
Today, the option highlights the allowed lifecycle states, but still shows the full list based on the lifecycle model.
I see.. so restricting the value list for lifecycle-states also restricts the visibility of lifecycle-states on the work order/job-cards?
The background for the idea was to present states that are relevant to the performer.
Since a lot of our customers have the need for an elaborated planning/preparation-phase, that is intended to take place only in D365, we've received quite many requests to hide irrelevant states in Dynaway Mobile.
This is done so that the user can still see which state it is in if in a state they are not allowed to move it to.
