When making reoccurring jobs it would be nice to have an option to make it repeat itself at a weekly, mothly, yearly etc. interval.

I know, but that is very impractical for everyday use. Many of the jobs are created by mechanics in the field, and when they see something that needs regular intervals it should be an easy thing to tick off instead of taking it to an admin who is capable of handling it in D365.
This limits the practicality of the system and therefore limits the use
The work execution application is meant to be used for handling maintenance jobs created in D365 and on a limited basis create a work order to quickly execute.
Planning for recurring jobs must be done inside D365.
