Add asset repository feature

From the asset module in the mobile solution it should be possible to select an asset from the asset selection (QR enforced) to a selected functional location (equally QR enforced)without use of a work order. The selected assets should be shielded by asset type limitation. Similar removal of assets and updating life cycle states should be very welcome features.
