We think that the use of both black and white flags can be confusing. We have turned off the white flags and that leads to other problems. We want an easy way to see if a job is completed. On attachment 1 for the header there are one black/white alternative and one in colour. The other attachements is one in colour and one black/white for the jobs. The marking of a completed job box can maby be manual or guided by the white flags state completed for the companys that use both black and white flags. If its manual then the white flag state "completed" is activated in the "background" (database) but the users dont see that.

You can add colors to both lifecycle state and work status.
You can turn on module configurations
"Dynaway mobile > Setup > Work execution > Work orders > Lifecycle state show color" and/or
"Dynaway mobile > Setup > Work execution > Work orders > Work status > Work order schedule work status color"
and then define the colors in
"Dynaway mobile > Setup > Asset management > Work order lifecycle state display setup"
"Dynaway mobile > Setup > Asset management > Work status display setup"
These colors will then be shown on the cards and on the details pages making it easy to indicate the current state of each work order or job.
