Item registrations: Improve user experience
As a mobile user attempts to add an item registration on a work order, it would be beneficial if there was an active filter of items in the chosen warehouse.
Also, the available quantity of the item in the warehouse should be shown - and colour-marked - on the item card, along with an image (if desired).

The users frequently point out that it is difficult selecting an item from the list when registering an item consumption.
To improve the user experience, would it be possible to add a filtering options to the item registration view to view on-hand items based on a specific warehouse, or automatically select the warehouse defined by the functional location or user?
Unfortunately, showing the available quantity for all items is a costly operation and we would prefer not to do that.
Images are already shown for items with an image.
If the advanced inventory feature is enabled, the user can download a snapshot of items for a selected warehouse, and these are avialable as a separate filter in the item selection dialog.
