Restrict Work order type available for Mobile users
Would like the ability to control what work order types can be created by the mobile application. Want to limit field work order creation to only one work type and exclude users from creating any of the other work order types available when the maintenance request is not utilized for instances when the worker creates a work order for immediate work.
You may consider using the Default work order type setup. This will automatically pre select this work order type when creating a new work order, so the workers don't need to fill in anything themselves.
