Make measurement units visible on mobile checklists

When entering in counter values with the mobile through a checklist, the units do not show on the mobile. The units do show on the checklist in asset management. This has lead to some worker confusion regarding taking data point readings and it would be beneficial to display the measurement units on the mobile device checklist for user convenience.
