Maintenance Request notes field - make visible when typing

When entering notes into a maintenance request on the mobile phone view, the text field is obscured by the onscreen keyboard. This makes it difficult to edit and see what is being composed. This is also the case when editing the notes of an existing request. Suggestion is to make the screen scroll up, so the Notes field is visible or pops up to edit.
