Add the trade field to Maintenance request for Mobile requests

Would like to be able to identify a trade on the mobile maintenance request form as it is in the desktop version of D365F&O. We have many trade groups, and this will help in filtering requests as they are populated so they are assigned to the appropriate Planner. We already have the setup to assign the planner based on trade when creating requests and work orders within D365, but mobile requests come into the system with no assignments due to lack of information provided from the mobile. Adding Responsible group field may also be an option to add to the mobile for the same purposes.
