View Lifecycle State Remarks for requests on Mobile
Would like the option to display lifecycle state remarks from maintenance requests on the mobile for the mobile user to view. For example, if the mobile user creates a maintenance request and the request is Rejected with a comment that the mobile user can see the comment as to why it was rejected.
This is already possible for work orders. On the work order details page you can click on the state log button to see the full state log of the work order.
