Would like the option for checklists to have a format that text can be entered into the field and that it would show on a printed work order report. So I am asking for something different than adding a note to the checklist line as this does not show on a printed work order report. The intention would be to have a checklist with questions that the worker will need to provide answers to that can only be accomplished through text. While we can also use the Maintenance worker remarks field, this does not step the user through specific checklist items that may need to be answered and cannot be accomplished through variables or measurements.
