When completing a checklist, currently the system add a green tick for each check completed, regardless of where it was a Pass or a Fail. This is ambiguous and misleading to the worker completing the checklist. When a check is completed and is a Fail, it should show a red cross.
This would more clearly show to the user what has passed and what as failed, as well as still indicating progress through the checklist.
Seconded.
Whilst it is possible to use a question of type "Options" and have a "Pass"/"Fail" option in the checklist. The boolean type only has one box to check.
A lot of our checklists have "Pass"/"Fail" questions, but writing each of the questions as an "options" question is rather time consuming as you need to specify that is has the "Pass"/"Fail" options each time.
Would be good if the "boolean" question type had 2 check boxes or there was another type of question that is "Pass"/"Fail".
