Print WO/Checklist + results if completed to PDF

From inside WO/WO Job/WO Job Checklist, be able to select "print to pdf" which will generate a report (configurable like cards) that can show things like the checklist summary, checklist instructions, who checked at what time, pass/fail/N/A, etc. and if there is a signature, include that as well. By only going to PDF, it allows the user to decide where they want to print it from their mobile device, or just email it, etc.
