WO closure.

Before a technician/mechanic can complete a WO we are requiring good notes highlighting the work completed and also Journaling the time spent. The issue we have is the WOs are being set to a completed status without this being done requiring a follow up audit. My suggestion which should be a mandatory change is that notes would be required to complete the work order with a 20-word minimum entry and time journal before the system would be allowed to move to completed. This would save time for all parties involved.
