Alow request type update after creation

Sometimes users create requests with the wrong request type. Even when the request has a “New” stage we cannot edit the type (grayed out field) to have it corrected.

This forces us to reject the request, and ask the user to create a new request with the proper type.

Allowing this field to be updated when in certain request stages would resolve this deficiency.
