Sending messages based on more than a single criteria.

If you have several departments separated by functional locations there is no way to single out automated messages meant for your department only. You have to decide if you want messages related to the entire company or not at all.

For instance would i like to receive a notification when a work order is finished.

I do not however wish to receive a notification whenever anyone anywhere in the company finishes a work order.
