Set Checklists to Maintenance Requests

Would like the ability to be able to add a checklist to a maintenance request. We have certain requests that require a checklist to gather information in a standard format using dropdown variables to select from so that the Planner can use this information to create the appropriate work orders. This may be able to work similar to Maintenance work order job defaults table but for requests, so when a request is created with specific criteria set out in the defaults table, this would give the resulting request the checklist to be completed in the mobile device and be attached to the maintenance request. We use this for our field crews that are remote from any work areas and are currently doing this through a work order but should really be gathering the information in the form of a request.
