Lock Asset Name and Location on Inactive Work Orders

Would like to not allow the asset name and functional location to be updated on Inactive work orders as this creates confusion when looking at past/historical work documentation. When reviewing past work orders that are no longer active, we see that the asset name and functional location is updated to the current information, this can be confusing for workers that reference work order information and the asset could have been moved several times to differing locations and the asset name description also changes based on the location. Would still like the name and location to update on Active work order lifecycle states.
