Possibility to trigger emails based on "Planned to" staus with Work Order Alerts

We would like to have a functionality for sending out emails to the workers basde on when a Work Order is planned to a specific user.

Today, the Work Order Alerts are based on the work order status, for example "Planned, In progress". However, we would like this table to also include "Planned to". This way, a worker can recieve an email based on when a work order is assigned, and there is something they need to undertake.

Further, we would also like the Hyperlinks in email recieved to have something facing Dynaway Mobile, and not only D365FO, as many of the users mostly use the Mobile app.
