Fault Causes dependent on Fault Types

Hi,

Since we have several types of machines, our Fault Causes list is getting bigger and bigger.

It would be great to have a an specific set of Fault Causes & Remedies for a given combination of asset type, fault symptom, fault area, and fault type.

This means, have the behaviour of Fault Symptom, Fault Area, and Fault Type, but with Causes and Remedies.
