‘Notes’ field default editable when “creating an hour registration on a forecast”

When you make a time registration from your forecast, the description field is filled in with "asset number" and "maintenance job type". It is by design and there is no configuration or work around that makes it possible for the field to be empty by default. WE have a requirement to promote the end user to add a comment & when populated they are hesitant to update /change.
