When users are adding a registration to the assigned work orders, they only have access to 3 different lists for displayed items: Items (showing all item in the master list), Spare Parts, and BOM. As our company have multiple sites and we have multiple parts very similar, but with different item number that we do not carry inventory in all the sites, we are suggesting to create a new list called "on-hand" to only display items that we have in inventory for the facility that the functional location of the Assets is located at. This will be a huge time saving for our users to help them to find the item number that they need and there is inventory in their facility. I will only suggest to put this view as default.
