Group overview for Planning Board

Would like to give our work groups a view of the Planning Board schedule for the week so that employees can see where other teammates are working for coordination purposes. (These personnel cover wide geographical areas). Would like the system to be view only with the user able to change the view such as one/two weeks or view future weeks schedules only. This view would be set to a monitor or display in the workshop area without the use of an additional license or use of someone's account.
