Custom "required field" in work order creation

Display default text & required status for nonrequired work order creation fields, allow roles set set those fields to required and change default test to represent the best practice set by the company.

Add an option to make trade mandatory field when creating a new work order

It would be useful if we could have an option in Dynaway mobile that enables to make trade mandatory field when creating a new work order. Otherwise, some users are creating work orders without trade.
