let saved searches predefine a dynaway mobile user group instead of specific scheduled workers
This will allow me to create a predefined list for a specific crew, such as night shift D-crew, and only update the user group instead of having to edit this specific search and change who the scheduled workers in every affected list every time someone changes the crew they work on.
You can use responsible groups for this as well.
A list can be filtered to only show work in "My groups", i.e. the worker groups I as a worker is a member of.
