It should only be possible to create project work order when the project status is In progress. The alternative could be to set rules for which statuses allow the creation of project work orders

Workorder line with several booking

If the bookings have different dates they all get the same date when the first booking is changed to In progress. All bookings gets actual start shown on the booking. This meas the worker can not se which booking belongs to which date.
